What to expect

  • Casual vibe - wear whatever puts you in party mode. We might wear something slightly nicer.

  • Outdoor venue - the chapel and reception are covered outdoor spaces, with the option to enclose if the weather demands it. Here’s hoping Mother Nature isn’t too demanding that day.

  • Participatory style - we invited YOU because we want YOU to be part of our big day! So come ready to join in by requesting killer songs at the reception, telling a classic (not humiliating) story about us at the open mic, taking lots of pics and videos to share with us…whatever you want to do to help mark the occasion, we are here for it!

What to bring

  • A photo - help us decorate the reception by printing a special, memorable, or (best of all) ridiculous photo of one/both of us and writing why you chose it on the back. Sign it and add it to our wall of memories!

  • Your children - they’re more than welcome and we promise not to bore them to death with a long ceremony (we’d be bored, too). Have a kiddo that’s into dancing/flower-girl-ing/showboating/just wants to be part of the event? Tell ‘em to get ready, because wish granted! Our very official officiant will let them know when it’s time to bust a move.

  • Not a gift - we don’t need anything besides your presence so skip the present and just come party with us! If that’s too non-traditional for you, pick something amazing for our someday home (and say a prayer we find a great one). Or prepare a surprise for us: a flash mob, a dance performance, a song, a game…the world is your oyster, and this wedding is your clamshell. Or something. You get it. Text Alexis’s highly coordinated sister Katie to arrange your participation (520-904-9218).
